Open Joint Stock Company Uralsvyazinform is the largest provider of telecommunications services in the Urals region, Russia. So, I made website of UralSvyazInform branch in Yamalo-Nenetski autonomous district. I created photoshop templates, HTML layout and implant it into PHP-based content management system. Additionally I created nice flash that you can see in top left corner of the site.
