Few Words about Myself

I was born in Sarapul town in a family of programmer and technical engineer, where I was growing up for 16 years – till the moment when I went to Ekaterinburg, the city where I live and work now. I'm 26, unmarried for this moment. In 2003 I graduated from the Urals State University with the Bachelor of Science (theoretical physics) degree.

Why did I begin being concerned with websites? Occasionally. My eldest brother Alexander incited me to go in for web design when I was 5th year student having plenty of free time. As the result, I'm going for it almost for 4 years.

My professional skills: web design, UI design, logotype and icon design, vector graphics, photography and retouching, page makeup, extended knowledge of fonts and typography, advertising, packaging and print design, corporate identity.

Employment Experience

From May 2005 to present
During last 2 years I work in Xtensive (software development company) in position of web and UI designer. My principal duties were: working on advertising campaigns (both of web and paper) of such products as DataObjects.NET and Help Server; production of printing, advertising and other materials. Also I have created and maintained website of UralSvyazInform branch in Yamalo-Nenetski autonomous district and website of UralAutoGas administration. Detailed list of works is here.

From September 2004 to February 2005
Position of permanent web designer in Itex.ru, the Information Technologies Center. My primary tasks were: consultation with customers in order to meet their requirements; coordination with art director; work on website's visual templates; getting client's approval of site's templates.
